A clear agreement

These Terms apply when you use the Nexus website or purchase its digital products and services. Read the product description, the Digital Delivery & License page, the Refunds & Cancellations policy, and these Terms before placing an order. Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is handled.

Nexus operates from Georgia, United States. You can contact us at support@nxus.shop or write to Nexus, 66 Hillpointe Way, Brunswick, GA 31525, United States.

If something is unclear, contact us before purchasing. Keep a copy of the Terms and your order confirmation for your records.

Products and orders

Nexus creates digital resources for reflection, learning and deliberate action. Each product page describes what is included, its format, any stated technical requirements, and the price. A digital purchase does not include a physical book or shipped item unless the listing expressly says otherwise.

Review the products, email address, currency and total shown at checkout before submitting payment. Only the items and services stated in your order are included. Future products, updates or services are included only if the product description expressly promises them.

Availability depends on applicable legal, tax and payment restrictions. We may be unable to accept an order in a particular location. If we have taken payment and cannot lawfully provide the purchase, we will explain the issue and return the amount owed for the unfulfilled order.

If we discover an error that affects your order, we will contact you and explain the available options. We will not charge an additional amount without your agreement. If we cannot supply what you purchased, we will provide the remedy required by applicable law.

Digital delivery

Downloads are made available after successful payment, using the delivery method described on the product page and in your order confirmation. A pending or unsuccessful payment may delay access. Check your confirmation for any download limits or access period that were disclosed before purchase.

Keep your order details and a personal backup of downloaded files. If a link is missing or a file will not open, contact us with your order number and a description of the problem. Do not send passwords or complete payment-card details.

Personal use license

Unless a product expressly includes a different license, your purchase gives you permission to download, save and use the content for your own personal, non-commercial purposes. You may make a backup and print copies for your own use.

The content remains the property of Nexus or its licensors. The purchase does not transfer copyright or give permission to resell, redistribute, upload publicly, share download links, publish substantial extracts or provide the content as part of another paid or free product. Keep copyright notices with permitted copies. Uses permitted by applicable law are unaffected.

For classroom, team, client or other broader use, contact us about permission before distributing the material.

Accounts and responsible use

Use accurate information for your orders and keep account credentials private. Tell us if you suspect unauthorized access. Do not misuse the website, attempt to access another person’s information, interfere with its operation or use it unlawfully.

We may restrict access reasonably necessary to address fraud, security risks or a material breach of these Terms. This does not remove rights or remedies you have under applicable law.

Educational resources

Our guides and journals support personal reflection and learning. They do not promise a particular result or replace individualized medical, mental-health, legal or financial advice. How you apply the material is your decision; progress depends on your circumstances and actions.

Services

If Nexus offers a service, its listing or written agreement will describe the scope, delivery arrangements, price and any specific scheduling or cancellation terms before payment. A resource purchase does not include one-to-one support or a service unless expressly stated.

No voluntary change-of-mind refunds are offered for services. This does not exclude mandatory cancellation rights or remedies where a service is not provided as agreed or as required by law. Requests to begin a service during a statutory cancellation period will be handled separately from consent to receive downloadable content.

Digital product and service sales are final for change-of-mind purposes, except where applicable law requires otherwise. Please review the product information and available previews before purchasing. See our Refunds & Cancellations policy for access problems, incorrect charges and legally required remedies.

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or waives consumer guarantees, warranties, cancellation rights or other rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. If a term conflicts with a mandatory legal right, that right prevails.

Updates and questions

We may update these Terms for future use or purchases. The version applicable to a purchase is the version provided when the order was placed, subject to applicable law and any later change expressly agreed with you. Contact us through the Contact page about an order or these Terms.

You may also email support@nxus.shop or write to Nexus, 66 Hillpointe Way, Brunswick, GA 31525, United States. Any mandatory rights and protections available to you in your country of residence remain unaffected.
