Your resources, ready for practice

Nexus products are digital unless a listing expressly states otherwise. No physical item is shipped for a digital download.

Before ordering, check the product page for the included files, language, format, technical requirements and any access limits. Only the items listed in the product description are included in your purchase.

After successful payment, use the delivery information in your order confirmation to access your purchase. If an account is associated with the order, its available downloads appear in Account → Downloads. Save a personal backup after downloading.

For PDF files, use software that supports the file’s features. A fillable or editable version is included only when the listing expressly says so. If the listing permits printing, printing costs are your responsibility.

Unless a different license is stated, the files are for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may save a backup and print copies for yourself. You may not resell, redistribute, publish the files or share download access. See the Terms and Conditions for the full personal use license.

If access fails, contact us with your order number and the issue. Your mandatory consumer rights remain protected by our Refunds & Cancellations policy.
