The Downloads guide
Your practice, ready to begin.
Find your files, save a copy, and choose how you would like to work with them.
01 — Find your files.
Once payment is confirmed, follow the download links on your order confirmation page or in the order email. If you purchased through a Nexus account, sign in and open My account → Downloads.
Use the account and email address associated with the order. A payment that is pending or still being processed may not release the files yet.
02 — Save a copy.
Select the download link and save the file somewhere you can find it, such as a folder for your Nexus resources. Opening a PDF in a browser does not always save a permanent copy; use the browser’s download or save control.
Keep the order email for reference. Any download limits or expiry dates shown with your order apply to that purchase.
03 — Make it part of your practice.
Read on screen
Open the saved file in a PDF reader. Use zoom, bookmarks, and navigation features that suit you.
Write or annotate
Use the annotation tools in your PDF reader, or work in a separate notebook. A file includes fillable fields only when its product description says so.
Print for yourself
You may print your purchase for personal use. Check the print preview and paper settings before printing the full document.
Something needs attention?
If your order email is missing, check spam or junk and your account’s Orders page. If a file will not open, save it first, try a PDF reader, or download it again in case the first copy was incomplete.
If the issue continues, contact us with your order number when available, the product name, and the error message. Do not send passwords or payment-card details.
If a file format is not accessible to you, describe the barrier and the format or adjustment you need. We will discuss the available options with you.
For your personal use.
Unless the product page expressly states otherwise, your purchase is a personal-use license. Save copies on your own devices and print for yourself. Do not redistribute, resell, publicly upload, or share the files.
