Nexus / Accessibility

Access is part of the design.

Our approach to making the store usable, and how to ask for an adjustment or alternative format.

Clear access to learning

Nexus aims to make the website usable by as many people as possible. We use the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA as our design and development target and continue to improve the experience.

If you encounter a barrier, contact us through the Contact page or email support@nxus.shop. Include the page address, what you were trying to do and a description of the difficulty. You can tell us your browser or assistive technology if it helps explain the issue. Do not send passwords or payment-card information.

We will review the issue and work with you to provide the information or assistance you need. This statement describes our approach; it is not a claim of independent accessibility certification.

What is included in this release

The store uses semantic page headings, keyboard-operable navigation, visible focus indicators, labeled form fields, server-side error messages and layouts that reflow on small screens. Sample content is available as live text on the Sample pages.

Product formats and known limits

Every product includes a complete structured HTML companion. The guide PDF has selectable text, bookmarks and linked contents. The journal PDF has fillable fields. These PDFs are not structurally tagged and are not represented as PDF/UA certified. For reflowable reading and keyboard use, choose the included HTML companion.

Third-party payment controls and different PDF viewers can behave differently with assistive technologies. Contact us if you encounter a barrier or need another format. Automated tests and keyboard checks do not replace evaluation with every assistive technology, and no independent certification is claimed.
