Nexus
Clear scope. Explicit permission.
These general terms explain the process. A written, mutually accepted scope and quote are required before work begins. No payment is collected through this inquiry flow.
Starting price and eligibility
The introductory review starts at $99 for one website within a limited, agreed scope. Eligibility, total price, applicable taxes, deliverables and timing are confirmed in writing. An inquiry does not create a contract or reserve availability.
Authority and assets
The requesting party must own the relevant assets or have written authority to authorize access. The scope identifies domains, applications, accounts and systems, along with excluded assets. Third-party systems require their owner’s permission.
Boundaries
The introductory review does not include exploitation, penetration testing, intrusive scans, incident response, forensic analysis, upgrades, remediation, compliance certification or guarantees of security. Findings reflect the agreed access, evidence and time window.
Access and changes
Use an agreed secure access method and least-privilege account. No credentials belong in the contact form. Backups, change windows, rollback and approval for disruptive work are agreed before changes.
Deliverables and follow-on work
The written summary records observations, severity, evidence, limitations and practical next actions. Remediation, additional assessment and ongoing support require a separate quote and permission.
Payment, cancellation and responsibility
Payment timing, cancellation, refunds, liability limits and any service commitments must be expressly included in the accepted engagement document before work starts. The storefront’s digital-product terms do not automatically govern a separately scoped IT engagement.
Confidentiality and inquiries
Initial inquiries follow the business inquiry privacy notice. Any handling of client system data requires additional agreed safeguards. Contact services@nxus.shop with questions before authorizing work.
